his 100% Blue Agave spirit is pot distilled and then rested gently in our own used bourbon barrels. This spirit is bottled full of flavor, uncut and unfiltered at distillation and barrel proof. Hand labeled and numbered, our Kentucky Azul comes in at 110 – 120 proof (55 – 60% ABV).
